Easy Directions for Registering for a GITC Class Online

Welcome to the new school year with Guitars in the Classroom! Before continuing with this process, please be sure you know which course you are registering for. You will want to know the location, level, and the name of your instructor before you fill out the registration survey.

1. Click on the state in which you wish to take a class. Either by clicking on the provided map, or by accessing the text links below the map.
   
   
2. Once at your state's page, locate the listing nearest you. If the program nearest you is tagged with a GREEN bar, it is active for 2011-2012 and is open for registration. If it is tagged with a PURPLE bar, the program is active and is pending scheduling. If tagged with a GRAY bar, it is an established program, but is not scheduled to run at this time. You may write to us for more information about a particular program.
   
   
3. Once you have located the program nearest you, click the 'Register' button within the program's information box.
   
   
4. Complete the registration survey with the appropriate information and submit. You will not receive an automatic confirmation from our registration system, but your information will be forwarded to the appropriate instructor the monday following your date of registration, and you will hear from the program within 7-10 business days. Please call GITC Headquarters at 760-452-6123 if you have not heard from your instructor at least 5 days prior to the class beginning.
   
   Attention: Registration for class caps out at 24 participants. If you are registered over the limit of 24, we will contact you about relocation into another section.
